What would you do for a living if you could do anything?

I sit in my cubicle turning out another ad for another publication and my mind wanders...

If I could do anything for a living what would I do?

I would own a luxury hotel with an amazing eat/drink place and make a positive impact on the local community.
The hotel would have a space that could be used for anything...readings, art shows, worshiping, parties, continuing education, on and on and on

What would you do?
